Hi there, I'm Shin! A resident of Las Vegas Nevada and a big fan of delicious food! I started YouTubing on January 1st of 2022, and I've been having a lot of fun vlogging all the delicious eats Las Vegas has to offer. 

I am not a culinary expert. I have no formal training in taste testing. My food industry past consists of scooping ice cream for Haagen-Dazs in high school, and working as a host/server at my local Denny's during college. I just enjoy eating, and I've come to really enjoy making food videos. I've also come to really enjoy providing value to viewers who are looking to visit Las Vegas and doing their research, or living vicariously through me and my videos as I try all the tasty food Las Vegas has to offer.

As my video journey evolved I became obsessed with a personal quest to vlog every restaurant on the Vegas strip and downtown. I want a full collection. These vlogs are like Pokemon and I gotta catch 'em all!

Hopefully while I complete my collection, I'm able to provide a lot of additional value and information for those visiting Las Vegas.
